Everything looks good! The staff are very very helpful and cooperative and deserve a 4-star rating. The great thing is location in the middle of the city. It is near ok chinese restaurant and airport and offices, we appreciated the view of garden. Overall fine food, plus there is Rainbow Pub close by. Thank you for a fine stay.

Well-equipped room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe, and a mini bar fridge, and comfortable bed. The bathroom was good and the staff was respectful.

The deluxe queen room with garden view had all the essentials like an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. the staff was really helpful and fixed any issues I had.

Friendly staff, helpful. Various facilities: clothes, money exchange, sauna, restaurants, lounge. Mosquito net and spray provided. Generous food portions, diverse menu, excellent Chinese cuisine. Fresh fruits, made-to-order omelettes for breakfast. Good location, nostalgic atmosphere. Reception, bellboy, and Janet in the restaurant were especially friendly and welcoming.

We loved the central location of the hotel which is near the city centre and provides easy access to transportation. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

The hotel's proximity to the city center proved convenient for exploring local shops and attractions. the hotel offered a decent variety of breakfast items and had attentive and friendly staff members. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The courtyard was a very nice place to spend some time enjoying the cool breeze outside. the staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request. Plus, the Chinese food was exceptional with some really great flavors.

The rooms were very basic and not too comfortable in terms of the facilities offered. It was quite noisy in the rooms because of the nearby train station.

Our stay during the New Year was great! The hotel offered us complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi throughout our stay. The location was also convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and clean, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable bed.

We were disappointed when we found out that we were charged for food we didn't order. It was frustrating to go through the process of disputing the charges, which took up a lot of our time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The design of the building was stunning, with a central courtyard and balconies everywhere. The hotel had a good ventilation system and all rooms had front and back windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful plants and trees, giving it a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere. The beds were equipped with mosquito nets, ensuring a comfortable and mosquito-free sleep. The shower water could be adjusted to your desired temperature. The breakfast offered was delicious and the staff at the lobby were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city.
